Malaysia! Initial impression/differences from Thailand

It smells really bad at the border.
They use the same letters as in our alphabet!!
The highways are much better.. they actually look like highways!
Definitely more developed.
More people can speak English, and a bit better too.
Everyone really likes to talk.. locals just seem to love to chat it up with me as I'm walking around. :)
