I never finished talking about yesterday, so I'll start with that.. it was a pretty gloomy day, and the skies were overcast.. but no rain!! We headed toward the Porto Beach on the tram, and found ourselves walking around on a pier, then the beach. It was pretty, but it really felt like it could be a lot prettier with better skies. We stopped at a restaurant/cafe along the beach, and I blogged and had a chocolate milkshake that was weird, and a sandwich.
After, we continued walking along the beach, we found rocks to play on! Aand the clouds were breaking! And it was beautiful!
It was soo much fun.
Today we took a train into Douro. It's an area you get to see a lot of vineyards. The hills were FILLED with grape vines, they were beautiful!! Pictures are below!
When we got back into Porto, we cooked dinner at the hostel, left our bags there, and said goodbye to the city by walking around one last time.
Then hopped on a train to Lisbon, where I am now!
